This project has solved technical problems in the grinding process of PCB micro drills. The production efficiency has increased by 242% compared with semi-automatic equipment, the grinding yield rate has reached 98.75%, and a number of patents have been applied for, which have been applied in many enterprises.
- Jiangxi Zhongzhi Precision Machinery achieves micron-level precision machining: Jiangxi Zhongzhi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. uses a 1-micron five-axis machining center produced by JST. - Domestic enterprises make breakthroughs in micro-precision machining of medical parts: In the field of medical manufacturing, domestic enterprises such as Jingwei Shida and Mofang Precision have achieved key technological breakthroughs, and some products have surpassed the imported level. The shaft parts processing technology developed by the National University of Defense Technology has a roundness accuracy of 0.1 microns, leading the world. Some enterprises can reduce the surface roughness of artificial joints to Ra0.01μm by optimizing the servo motor control algorithm. They also use machine vision to automatically identify surface scratches and burrs with an accuracy of over 99%.
- Jiangmen enterprises introduce precision electrochemical machining technology: Dianke Precision Technology (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd. was officially put into production and reached a strategic cooperation with Germany’s PEMTec to establish the Precision Electrochemical (Asia) Technology Application Center. The center has introduced PECM precision electrochemical machining technology and equipment, with processing efficiency 50% higher than traditional technologies and engraving precision up to 5 microns, which can engrave precision lines a hundred times thinner than hair strands on thumb-sized metal parts.
